Hi - We’re Caitlin, Clare, Coral and Lauren and we’re here to say out loud every unhinged, manic, deranged thought you’ve had while balancing a job and motherhood.

Being a working mom comes with chaos, compromise, and doubt. But it also brings joy, connection, and fulfillment. We found each other at the right time - four women climbing the corporate ladder and figuring this shit out together. From periods in the work place, to parenting through grief, we’ve seen it all.
